1. Slight Problem, No Major Issues
I purchased this device and have tested it for a couple weeks. The device works as advertised. The issue I ran into was that there was a piece of plastic in the usb cable that was provided on the large end, that caused the device not to charge. I had to pick it out with a toothpick. I have not had any problems with it only working for 1.5 days. I have used only 1 SIM card and have had it running and in standby for more than 4 days at a time. From the previous review the idividual states that the device is fully charged when he inserts the SIM and sees the red light flash, this only indicates that the device is now active, the SIM card completes the circuit for the device to work. When you plug the charger in you will see both the red and green lights lit, when the green light goes out the device is fully charged. The directions that come with the device are a little cryptic so I will explain how it works.

Works sorta
Very easy to set it up and it does work sorta. Mine will not go into standby for nothing. I can call it and it does call me back. Big bummer it won't go into standby. Works great beside that. Nothing to setting it up at all. Very easy took me 5 minutes.
