Contains three Matte screen protectors. Installed easily on the first try; no bubbles. Matte screen significantly reduces glare, yet the screen readability is not compromised and finger gestures work just as well as they did before the protector was installed. Recommended.

Very easy to apply, with virtually no bubbles to deal with.

The HD screen protector is a bit too shiny and really shows fingerprints and oils. But it also shows the scratches! :-( I'm very thankful it's protecting my Z10 screen, I don't need a screen protector to SHOW me all the scratches it's protecting my Z10 from!

I doubt I'll use the lifetime warranty, because the shipping is likely to be similar to the cost of the item. I will use the scratched protector until I find a more durable replacement and keep the two spares as backups just in case...
