1. Better than $500 Model
I had purchased a larger more expensive model 2 years ago. It proved to be more headache than useful by alerted on everything from broadcast radio, cell phones, or any RF simulation.

This one I've had about a week. It comes with included AC adapter, rechargeable batteries, earphones, and the best part for me is a reostat to adjust the sensitivity and eliminate the falsing problem I had with the other unit.

The directions aren't up to speed being translated from Chinese to Engrish. But experience with a similar unit, knowing GPS tracker signals recycle every 10 seconds, bugs or wireless cameras constant, etc. The Red LED's work the same as others. I've tested mine with mini pinhole camera's on keychains, pens, and others that don't have an RF signal. Being limited to the range of common wireless cameras, GPS, electronic bugs, etc. has eliminated all the falsing issues with alerts on common appliances or radios.

It works though it can be finicky. You need to be patient and you need to have a good sense of humor when attempting to translate the broken Chinese-Engrish. :) I got a pretty good laugh from the "instructions". You may as well read them for the laugh and resort to common sense and your own technical savvy for actually how to use the device. For Less than $20 delivered to my door, I think it's great. I bought it for a female friend who suspects her male roommate has hidden cameras in her room. She has no clue how to use use it and she is afraid of getting caught in the act, though she is the victim, so I only was able to test it on my own video surveillance equipment and it did in fact work very well in spotting my cams, though they are in plain sight.

Works, no false detections. Love it
Works as advertised so far. Instructions are a bit strange, but easy to figure out. Confirmed testing on wifi, cell and wired mic. Well worth the money.
