Is not what they claim.This was the first time i ever purchase and will be the last time. Don't know where to call for help. Web site don't work.It's like a scam.They take you're money for something that don't work.I very sorry to have spend 160.00 for this crap.

Works Fine
The device comes with a wall and car charger sharing the same USB cable. A mini CD contains the instruction manuals for several models, check the sticker on the inside for the correct one. The manual is obviously translated from an Asian language, but is decipherable. It says in the manual that this unit includes the ability to remotely listen via a microphone on the device as well as 2-way voice communication with any of 3 preset phone numbers. All the commands and setup are done via text from your cell phone. It is a little clunky to use, but for what it does I am not complaining.

I went to T-Mobile and bought a prepaid SIM card ($20, there are probably cheaper ways) then went to a grocery store and bought a $10 T-Mobile refill card (good for 90 days, total cost $11.60 with 911 surcharge and tax).
